Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking

Go to www.csob.cz, click on the orange "Login" button at the top right corner and select
"Internet Banking".

In the "User name" field, enter your identification number found in the „Dohoda o ČSOB Identitě“ document. This can be found in your e-mail or in print.

The password has been sent to you via SMS. Put it in the password field and click "Log in".

Enter the verification code that we sent you via SMS.

Now set up your "ČSOB Identita" login credentials - your user name, password and your e-mail address.

On the next screen, check the validity of your login credentials.

Check your e-mail inbox. Once you receive a verification e-mail from ČSOB, click on the link attached.

Done. You can now log in to Internet Banking with your user name and password.
STEP 2: Download and install the ČSOB Smart Key app
Download the ČSOB Smart Key app from the Google Play Store, App Store or Huawei AppGallery. Open the application and activate it following the in-app instructions. Alternatively check our step-by-step guide.
STEP 3: Download and install the ČSOB Smart app
Note: Make sure to download and activate ČSOB Smart Key first. Without Smart Key, the ČSOB Smart banking app works only in a limited preview mode.
- Open the Play Store or App Store on your mobile phone. Search for ČSOB Smart and download it.
- Open ČSOB Smart app, press the orange "Log in" button on the home page, and then under the text „Log in with your ČSOB Smart key“ press the "Log in" button again.
- The application will ask for confirmation. Just use your fingerprint or Face ID (or PIN) and you're in.
