Awards for the ČSOB Group

ČSOB Smart achieved 3rd place in the Best Mobile Bank in the Czech Republic category, and Kate ranked 3rd in the Agent Experience CZ & SK category.

ČSOB won the Issuer of the year, Acquirer of the year, SME Card Issuer Award and together with Raiffeisenbank and Česká spočitelna Market Innovation Award for service Vklad na kartu.

1st place in the SME Banking Club Awards for the product Loan for Traders (Úvěr pro obchodníky)

ČSOB won the main TOP Responsible Large Company award and also scored in the following categories: 2nd place for the ČSOB Water Responsibility Fund project in the Environment category, 4th place for the ČSOB Group Annual Report on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability 2024 in the Reporting category, 4th place for the Zelená obec project in the Communication for Sustainability category and an award for the Penězověda project.

The Banker magazine selected ČSOB as the best bank in the Czech Republic in 2025.

ČSOB Private Banking was named the Best Private Bank in the Czech Republic.

Jiří Střelický, CEO of ČSOB Pojišťovna, won in the Insurance Professional of the Year 2025 category.

ČSOB won 1^st place in the Communication Campaign category for Penězověda, 1^st place in the Annual Report category for ČSOB Group's Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Annual Report 2024 and 1^st place in the Employee Collection category for the SOS Flood Collection.

ČSOB has received the title of Best Bank for SMEs in the Czech Republic from Global Finance magazine for the fifth consecutive time and, for the first time, won at the regional level for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

The regional headquarters HHQ in Hradec Králové was awarded the title Building of the Year 2025.

ČSOB ranked 3rd in the category Best Bank.

ČSOB Pojišťovna received the title Achievement of the Year in Insurance for its property insurance product Náš domov, 1st place in the category Most Client-Friendly Non-Life Insurance Company, 2nd place in the categories Most Client-Friendly Life Insurance Company and Best Non-Life Insurance Company, and 3rd place in the category Best Life Insurance Company.

Patria ranked 1st with its Long-Term Investment Product (DIP).

ČSOB was awarded the title Top Innovator in Finance in Central and Eastern Europe for 2025 for its Mortgage with Digital Signature and Mortgage Zone.

ČSOB achieved 2nd place in the category Game Changer of the Year 2024 with the project Better Not Try This!, carried out in cooperation with Czech Television, the Czech Police, and Mastercard, and 3rd place in the category Data with the competition Green Challenge 2024, organized together with Mastercard.

The Euromoney magazine awarded ČSOB the Best Digital Bank and Best Bank for SMEs.
