What do you need to prepare?

To open the account, all you need is your ID card (foreigners will bring a passport and other documents if applicable).

When will you receive a card?

If you want to use also a payment card with your account, there is nothing easier than applying for it when opening an account. Processing the card takes ten days and it will be delivered to your home by post or you can pick it up at a branch.

  • You can activate the card at any of our ATMs by requesting a balance or through the first payment in a store – however, it is necessary to insert the card in a terminal and enter the PIN.
  • You can view the PIN for the card in the Internet Banking or CSOB Smart
