Exchange Rates
Due to developments in the interbank market, trading in the RUB currency is temporarily suspended and it is not possible to perform conversions. Therefore, the exchange rate is not available in the ČSOB exchange rate list.
If there is a currency conversion involved in the card based transaction settlement the maximal percentage mark-up over the European Central Bank's reference exchange rate for EEA currencies is 5.75 %
If you choose the DCC (dynamic currency conversion) service when making withdrawals from ČSOB ATMs, the surcharge will be 14.79 % (against the reference exchange rate of the European Central Bank for the currencies of the EEA countries).,
