How do I load cash onto my card?

  1. At a deposit ATM of our bank, Raiffeisenbank or Česká spořitelna, tap the card to the CZK account you want to send money to and enter your PIN. You can also use the virtual card on your phone or smartwatch.
  2. Insert the straightened banknotes into the deposit area with the longer side facing forward.
  3. Make sure there is nothing in the deposit machine except the notes.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions on the deposit machine. You may need to enter a variable or specific symbol and a message for the recipient.
  5. We will credit your account usually within a minute, but no longer than half an hour.
Only put straightened banknotes into the machine. Folded banknotes, coins, rubber bands, paper clips and adhesive tapes can damage the machine and significantly delay the crediting of your deposit.

How much can you put on the card?

  • At our bank and Raiffeisenbank you can deposit up to 200 banknotes at a time
  • At Česká spořitelna you deposit 60 banknotes, then just select “I want to add” on the screen and you can deposit more
  • You can deposit up to CZK 350,000 at a time and up to CZK 700,000 daily.
