Reporting internet fraud

The NONSTOP Security Line is an "emergency line" for our clients. That is, even for you, if you have an account with a card with us, or another product or service. The number +420 495 800 111 works non-stop, whether you are calling from the Czech Republic or abroad.
Examples of when to call the NONSTOP Safety Line
- You come across an unknown or suspicious payment in banking, or you receive a notification about a transaction that you don't even know where it came from.
- You suspect that your card has been lost or stolen.
- You will find out that you have a virus on your computer, on which you normally log in to internet banking.
- You got a call from someone who introduced himself as a banker or a policeman. They claim that your account has been hacked and you want to check if it's a scam.
- You entered your card details into a fake payment gateway, where you were referred by a person interested in your goods at an online bazaar.
- You have been persuaded to make a suspiciously profitable investment. You've just sent money there, and now it's dawned on you that it probably wasn't the best idea.
On the NONSTOP Safety Line, we will advise you on what to do and what not to do. If necessary, we will activate protection mechanisms on the bank's side so that you do not lose money and sensitive data if possible.
