Keep ČSOB Smart and the bank always at your fingertips. With the ČSOB Smart app, you can do whatever you need to do with your money simply using your mobile phone. So you always have all the services and products at your fingertips. Thanks to ČSOB Identity, the application is as secure as it gets.

 

First login

  1. Download the ČSOB Smart www.csob.cz app to your phone from the app store or via QR code

  2. Enter your ČSOB Identity login details
  3. Assuming your phone can do this, set up a biometric login (fingerprint, face scan)
  4. Confirm with your  Smart key or SMS key.

Subsequent logins and logouts

  1. Enter your ČSOB Identity login details and confirm with SMS key

  2. You can log in or confirm payments with the ČSOB Smart Key app securely and without having to copy SMS codes

    Download the ČSOB Smart Key app from the official app store or via QR code

  3. Once you’ve checked and sorted everything out, don't forget to log out of the app
  4. If you don't log out yourself, the app will log you out when the screen goes off, just in case
