Internet Banking

Log in to Internet Banking to view conveniently all your accounts and other products and services you have with us on a large screen.

 

First login

  1. Go to www.csob.cz, click on the orange Internet Banking button in the top right corner and select Internet Banking
  2. In the Username field, fill in the identification number you will find in the ČSOB Identity Agreement
  3. In the Password field, fill in the PIN we have texted you and click on Login
  4. Copy the SMS verification code, which we will send to your mobile in the meantime
  5. On the following screen, create your own login details (i.e. your ČSOB Identity) – choose a username and password (at least 8 characters, combing a lower case, an upper case, numbers or special characters)
  6. Click on the verification link we have sent to your email
  7. You can now log in to Internet Banking using your username and password, and confirm your login with the code we have sent to your mobile number

Subsequent logins and Smart Key

  1. Always log in via our website (the “Internet Banking” button) – the domain https://identita.csob.cz/ must appear in the address bar (never click on links in emails)
  2. Log in to Internet Banking using your ČSOB Identity login (username and password)
  3. Confirm your logins and payments by SMS key, which must be copied

  4. If you are tired of constantly having to copy SMS codes, download the ČSOB Smart Key (to get secure and fast verification using a fingerprint or face scan or using your own PIN)

    Download the ČSOB Smart Key app from the official app store or via QR code

  5. Once you're done, don't forget to log out of Internet Banking using the button in the top right corner
  6. If you accidentally forget to log out, we'll log you out after a few minutes, just in case

You can keep track of all incoming and outgoing payments at all times. In Internet Banking, you can set up notifications in Settings – My Info (as free emails or charged text messages).

 

ČSOB Identity – your ID card in the online world

In everyday life, we use our ID cards, in the online world we use the Bank Identity. ČSOB Identity, which comes free with the activation of Internet Banking, will help you manage a variety of things – at home, when dealing with the authorities and elsewhere.

  1. To log in to public administration portals, select Citizen Identity
  2. Select Bank Identity as means of authentication
  3. Choose ČSOB and log in with your ČSOB Identity
