How do I get a FC Viktoria card for my child with a new account?

  1. Open an account for your child. You’ll receive a child’s card with it.
  2. Apply for a FC Viktoria card as the second card linked to the account. See the instructions.

How do I get a Viktoria card?

I already have a ČSOB account:

Request a card in the ČSOB Smart app: Cards (bottom menu) → Arrange another card → Debit MC or Visa Classic → select the FC Viktoria design. Or check out the step-by-step guide.

 

How to order an additional card

  1. In the bottom menu, select Tabs. On the far right of the card selection, select Arrange another card.
  2. Select the account and cardholder for whom you want to order the card.
  3. Select the card type (for cards with a sports club logo, either Visa Classic or Debit MC ctls).
  4. Select the Choose a theme button if you are interested in a card with a sports club logo.
  5. Choose whether you want and plastic card. You can also customize the address where the card will be sent.
  6. Set your limits and number for SMS codes (as a backup in case of Smart Key failure).
  7. We will show you the business terms and conditions and other required documents.
  8. You will sign the contract electronically in the Smart Key app.
  9. The application will take time to process a few seconds, please hold on.
  10. Done, you have your card ordered and you can insure it against loss and theft.

 

The fastest way to open a current account is online

All you need is a bank ID from your current bank or two documents (Czech citizenship ID and driver's license or passport) and another account. You can then open an account in a few minutes in the ČSOB Smart mobile application.

Frequently asked questions

Will I also see the FC Viktoria card image in Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Mobile wallets will only display the general image of the ČSOB card, not the FC Viktoria card. This is due to the limitations of these wallets.

Can I also have a FC Viktoria card with a Premium Account?

Yes, you can have a FC Viktoria card as an additional card to your Visa Infinite card, which is an integral part of the Premium Account.

How can I get this card for my family or children?

If your child has an account with us, you can apply for a card for them in the ČSOB Smart app (the application is submitted in the Smart app by a parent or legal guardian who has the child’s account linked to their app).

If your child does not have an account with us, first open one for them, for example in the ČSOB Smart app. You can then apply for an additional card for them, such as one featuring a sports club design.
