What you need to know
- The reward is credited automatically. You don’t need to do anything else or register anywhere.
- You can earn up to 2,000 CZK in rewards (cashback) (applies to both the original and new designs of the Sparta card).
- You can pay by plastic card, mobile phone or smartwatch. Online payments in the Sparta e-shop are, of course, also included.
- The maximum reward is calculated per person; if you replace your card – for example, if it’s lost – the limit isn’t reset and you carry on from where you left off.
How do I get a Sparta card?
I already have a ČSOB account:
Request a card in the ČSOB Smart app: Cards (bottom menu) → Arrange another card → Debit MC or Visa Classic → select the FC Sparta design. Or check out the step-by-step guide.
How to order an additional Sparta card

In the bottom menu, select Tabs. On the far right of the card selection, select Arrange another card.

Select the account and cardholder for whom you want to order the card.

Select Sparta card (type Debit MC AC Sparta Praha)

Choose whether you want and plastic card. You can also customize the address where the card will be sent.

Set your limits and number for SMS codes (as a backup in case of Smart Key failure).

We will show you the business terms and conditions and other required documents.

You will sign the contract electronically in the Smart Key app.

The application will take time to process a few seconds, please hold on.

Done, you have your card ordered and you can insure it against loss and theft.

On www.sparta.cz click on your Sparta iD profile on the top right

Select "Sparta iD"

Continue to "Verify card".

In the payment gateway, pay 1 CZK with your Sparta card. You cannot use any other card.

The SMS code will arrive within 7 days (usually sooner). Not yet 15 years old? You do not meet the Sparta iD conditions and the SMS code will
not arrive.

When the SMS code arrives, enter it in the “Activation Code” window in Sparta iD.

Done! Up to buying home tickets.

Choose your match, sector and seats.

In the shopping cart, select "Voucher" in the payment method.

Enter the same SMS code as for the Sparta card activation and you have a discount of 300 CZK for home matches.
I don`t have an account with ČSOB: The fastest way to open account is online
All you need is a bank ID from your current bank or two documents (Czech citizenship ID and driver's license or passport) and another account. You can then open an account in a few minutes in the ČSOB Smart mobile application.

Do you already have a Plus Account or Postal Account with us? Ask for a new Sparta card at a ČSOB branch. It’s free of charge.
Online its even faster: please open ČSOB Smart (in the section Cards please swipe existing cards till you reach „Arrange another card“ option – see manual).
Alternatively call our Client Center, visit our bank branch or any Czech Post office.
I need to open a new account
You can open it at ČSOB branches – find the nearest branch on the map and arrange your account and Sparta card at the counter. Or book an appointment.
Czech citizens can open an account online (see the box below): prepare either 2 documents (Czech ID + Czech driving licence or passport) or BankID (bank identity).

Frequently asked questions
How has the Sparta Card reward changed from 31 July 2026?
From 31 July 2026, the original one-off reward of 1,500 CZK or 300 CZK is replaced by a new benefit in the form of 10% cashback on payments within the AC Sparta Prague ecosystem. This means you’ll receive a reward repeatedly, for every purchase you make with Sparta.
Which payment method should I choose on the Sparta fanshop to get rewards for payments at Sparta?
When you make a purchase on the official AC Sparta Praha e-shop (fnshp.cz), you have several payment methods to choose from (card, Apple/Google Pay, bank transfer, bank payment buttons, etc.). In order to receive the 10% cashback you must pay via the first option “Payment card”. Or via the “Apple Pay / Google Pay / Click to Pay” option, and then directly in the Apple Pay / Google Pay / Click to Pay digital wallet select the Sparta card (if you have multiple cards digitized on your mobile). Other payment types are not considered card payments, but are e.g. account-to-account transfers.
Will we see the Sparta card image also in Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Mobile wallets will show you the former Sparta card visual.
Can I get multiple financial rewards?
Each client can receive a maximum of one financial reward from ČSOB, even if he/she has several Sparta cards issued to his/her account (e.g. for a partner or children) or has several accounts with this card.
Can a Sparta card also be issued with a Premium Account?
Yes, the Sparta card can be issued as an additional card to the Visa Infinite card, which is an integral part of the Premium Account.
How can I get this card for my family or children?
If your child has an account with us, you can apply for a card for them in the ČSOB Smart app (the application is submitted in the Smart app by a parent or legal guardian who has the child’s account linked to their app). If your child does not have an account with us, first open one for them, for example in the ČSOB Smart app. You can then apply for an additional card for them, such as one featuring a sports club design.
