The following types of credit cards allow entry to LoungeKey lounges:
- MC World Elite (Goodwill Card) and MC World Elite Premium Debit Card
- MC World Elite Premium Credit Card and MC World Elite Private Banking
- MC Business Premium
- MC Business Gold
Free entry and fees
The card can be used for 4 free entries* per year (1 person = 1 entry). The fee for additional entries is USD 35 per person.

How to enter a LoungeKey lounge
When entering a lounge, present your eligible payment card to the lounge staff. No card registration is required. The lounge attendant will ask you to confirm your entry with your signature. If you have registered your card in the Lounge Key app, you do not need to present a physical card, just the QR code from the app.
Is registration on the LoungeKey website required to enter a LoungeKey lounge?
No registration is required, just present your credit card to enter. Registering on the LoungeKey website also allows you to see your lounge entry history or the number of remaining free entries. If you have the Lounge Key app and a registered card, you can use the QR code from the app to enter.
When can I use the card to enter the lounge
From the time the card is issued, it takes approximately 7 days before the card is active in the LoungeKey systems for lounge entry or registration. For cards issued in express mode, there may be a situation where you have the card in hand before it can be used for lounge entry. In cooperation with LoungeKey, we are trying to shorten this period.
How do I know if LoungeKey lounges are available at my airport?
LoungeKey lounges can be found by logging into the website www.loungekey.com; if you do not have login details, please register first. Similarly, information about available lounges can be found by logging in to the Lounge Key app.

I wasn't allowed into the lounge because the system didn't recognise my card
Our card readers are set up to recognise all cards from LoungeKey partners. If you have been refused entry because your card has not been recognised, please contact your bank.
Can anyone else use my credit card to enter the lounge?
No, only the cardholder whose name appears on the card can use the card to enter the lounge. The lounge attendant checks the cardholder's name against the boarding pass and ID/passport.
I don't have my credit card with me, can I still enter the lounge?
Unfortunately, the lounge does not have the ability to verify that you are eligible to enter the lounge without using your credit card at the terminal.
My credit card was stolen and I'm waiting for a new one. May I enter the lounge?

I wasn't happy with my visit to the lounge. How can I make a complaint?
Please contact your banker and file a complaint. Always include the name of the lounge, date, time and exact wording of the complaint.
The lounge employee did not tell me that I would be paying a guest fee. And I was charged a fee
Due to the nature of the LoungeKey, the lounge does not have access to information on how your card is charged. When entering the lounge, always check the number of visitors you are signing in on the lounge access confirmation. Contact the bank for further information.

Can I bring my child for free?
Many lounges allow children to enter on preferential terms. For specific terms and conditions, always check the specific lounge in the lounge list on the LoungeKey website or mobile app.
If I only have a virtual card (no plastic), will it allow me access to the lounges?
Yes, you will need to register your virtual card in the Lounge Key app, and you will then enter the lounges using the QR code in the app. The QR code is also available for the physical card if you have registered it in the Lounge Key app.
My guest was denied access to the lounge

How long can I stay in the lounge?
Each lounge has its own restrictions on how long you can stay in the lounge. For lounges that have a time-limited stay, it may be possible to re-enter the lounge after that time. This is entirely the responsibility of the lounge. For specific terms and conditions, always check the specific lounge in the lounge list on the LoungeKey website or mobile app.
My guest and I both have a credit card that has LoungeKey as a benefit. Do we both have to present our cards when we enter the lounge?
Yes, to ensure that you are not charged any unnecessary fees for your visit, for example if you each still have unused free entries.
What are the rules for guest access to the lounge?
You can bring a guest to the lounge. Most lounges allow any number of guests. If a lounge has a limit on the number of guests, these conditions are listed on the LoungeKey website or mobile app. For information on the amount of the guest fee, please contact the bank or refer to the tariff. If your guest has a payment card that is included in the LoungeKey, he/she should also present it, especially if they have free entries remaining.

At the same time, the payment card will be verified with the issuing bank. Once you've set up your user account, you can download the LoungeKey app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. After logging in with the username and password you created, you can start using the app.
