Market 24/7
- Go shopping at any time regardless of the opening hours, even in the middle of the night to avoid crowds.
- You can get in and out with the app. You can shop and after that you pay at self-checkout.
- You can shop at selected merchants as COOP, Super zoo, Flop Top, Bala, Můj obchod.
Log in with ČSOB ID
- Activate the app using the Smart Key app that you already use to log in to our internet and mobile banking
- Logging in is highly secured and fast. Are you sick of typing passwords? Use biometric login.
- The ČSOB Smart and DoKapsy apps are interconnected, you can easily switch from one app to the other.
Tickets
- You don’t have to look for a ticket machine or news agent, you can buy public transport ticket online on your phone. You just show your ticket on your phone during the ticket inspection.
- We provide tickets purchases in Prague, Brno, Pilsen, Olomouc, Pardubice, Tábor, and many other cities in Czechia.
- You can choose from hourly, transfer or even all-day tickets. Frequently visited cities can be added to your favorite selection. You can add your frequently visited cities to your favorites.
Parking
- You can see where you can park and how much it costs directly on the map. You can buy a parking ticket in the app as soon as you stop the engine.
- We provide ticket purchases in Prague, Brno, Pilsen, Liberec, Hradec Králové, Pardubice and many other cities in Czechia.
- The app will notify you when your ticket is about to expire. You can extend its validity directly in the app.
Motorway vignettes

- Find your nearest charging station and the app will find you the quickest route to it. Scan the QR code on the stand to pay.
- On an online map, you can find your station by location or by name. You can also select preferred parameters.

Cards

- At the checkout, simply choose the loyalty card and show the barcode on the display. Cashiers know it and are used to it.
- The app lets you know if you're eligible for a discount at the store from which you have the loyalty cards.
Tankuj
- When refuelling at Globus filling stations, you pay for petrol, diesel, and other fuels directly at the pump.
- Just scan the QR code directly from the stand, choose how much you want to refuel and start refuelling.
- You don't even have to move away from your car; as soon as you close the tank, you can set off again.
Foodies
- Get tips on good food and drinks from our Foodies, who are searching for food festivals, bistros or coffee shop just for you.

FAQs
What’s the difference between registration and registration via „ČSOB client“ option?
In a variant with the app linked to ČSOB or Poštovní spořitelna account, there are some extras. These are, for example, the Overview of payment cards and Na cesty (money cashback for card payments abroad) services. ČSOB account can be opened online in a matter of minutes in DoKapsy od ČSOB app.
Is there a minimum age requirement to use the app?
You must be 18 to activate the application.
In which towns can I use the Parking function in the DoKapsy od ČSOB app?
The list of supported towns is constantly growing. You can find the current list directly on the main screen of the Parking service.
