System requirements

Hardware:

  • At least 1 GB of RAM (2 GB recommended)
  • At least 500 MB space on your disk or server (dependent on the modules used and volume of data to be stored)
  • At least 1 GHz processor
  • NTFS filesystem recommended
  • Printer (for initialization procedure)
  • At least 1024x768px display

Software:

  • Windows 7 or higher with newest updates
  • Individual solution for network installation

Note: the HW and SW configuration is checked within the service setup.

Communication towards the bank

  • Connectivity towards DNS mc.csob.cz (mcc24.csob.cz alternatively) from your network or PCs with Multicash installed
  • Communication via por 1153 (or 1155, both can be tested e.g. via telnet).

For large installations or network installations we will configure the solution individually.
