When and how the insurance works
Buying goods/services online
- If the seller delivers a damaged or totally different product (or does not deliver it at all), we will handle the claim for you.
- If we can’t resolve the claim successfully, we will reimburse you for the money (this also applies to goods purchased outside CZ).
Misuse of your identity online
- If you are affected by the misuse of your identification or authorisation data online (e.g. your internet banking access, a loan arranged in your name, etc.).
- We will help you get back the stolen money or reimburse you for the financial damage.
Online damage to your reputation, including cyberbullying
- If negative information is spread online or on social networks about you or your children (with the family variant), we will take measures to remove it and prevent it spreading, and will help uncover the source and get an apology.
Misuse of a payment card online
- If your payment card is misused online, we will help you recover the stolen money.

Insurance can be arranged in the Single (for individuals) or Family (for the whole family) variant.
