You collect points for making card payments

Yes, such a simple thing like paying with your card will bring you benefits. For debit cards, it is enough to pay more than CZK 500 and we will credit you 0.1% of the purchase value. And if you pay more than CZK 100 by credit card, we will refund you 0.5%. We have more prepared for you on this page.

Please note that we do not reward ATM withdrawals, cashback, online bets and games, recharging and prepaid card transactions (such as a COOL card, Revolut, Curve card and similar), including recharging different prepaid services or credit by merchants and transactions made with Loan at your Fingertips. We also do not reward payments made by the cards of ČSOB Premium clients, however, they collect additional points for purchases from partners of the World of Rewards.

Where do you find out how many points you have and how long they are valid?

You can easily find the status of your points in online banking, our ATMs and in the ČSOB Smart application. We will also be happy to tell you at any of our branches or at the 800 050 228 Infoline

If you wish to receive information about your loyalty account via e-mail or SMS, you can tick the selected method of communication in Internet banking and we will send you this information every month.

Points are valid for 24 months.

Is it possible to transfer points to someone else?

Points are not transferable and cannot be transferred or donated. The reason is simple – the gifted person would be taxed and this is what we want to avoid. However, you can donate your chosen reward. We will send it to your chosen address or, in the case of a voucher, to any email address. You can also give your points to charity.

Will I be able to buy missing points for obtaining some reward?

You cannot buy the missing points. They can only be earned via activities related to the use of our services and payment cards.

Does the warranty apply to rewards?

For all material rewards, the warranty applies. In case of dissatisfaction, you can complain.

How can I resolve the claim and how long will it take?

If you think that you have been credited with an incorrect amount of points, that your order has not been properly handled, or you are not satisfied with anything else, you may contact us with your claim..

If you want to return goods you have purchased with a World of Rewards partner for a voucher, claim the warranty directly with such partner.
