A sticker with the CashBack logo can be found, for example, in Albert and COOP stores, Čepro EuroOil petrol stations, Teta drugstores or Globus.

  • Simply ask the cashier for cash before paying
  • You can withdraw whole hundred crowns (the merchant will tell you the maximum amount), the amount will be added to the price of the shopping
  • The list of the stores is available in the ČSOB Smart app or on the website in the Contacts section.

You can enjoy premium services completely free of charge

Premium services are free of charge for all those who use them regularly – who pay with the card issued to the Premium Account at least 3 times a month or have 2 paid products of the ČSOB Group (see the Terms and Conditions of ČSOB Premium Service for details)

Then all you have to do is meet one of the following conditions.

Monthly income of at least CZK 50,000 sent to the account in ČSOB
Benefit 2
Savings and investments of at least CZK 1.5 million in the ČSOB Group
Mortgages and loans in the ČSOB Group larger than CZK 3 million

If you want to allow yourself the luxury of our premium services without meeting any conditions, they will cost you CZK 900 per month.
