Accounts and services overview:

Payments

CEB Info brings you notifications in following situations:

• Transaction is being posted to one of your accounts (specific transaction type, specific amount etc.)
• One of your accounts met pre-defined limit for the balance
• There are transactions waiting for authorization
• Change in user or accounts setup took place

We can also provide you with regular information – you can retrieve account statements, FX lists or notification on payment card expiration this way. CEB Info can be easily setup online. Note that sending information via SMS is charged service.

Service administration provides online setup for users, accounts, authorization rules and other contract attributes:

• Change access rights for users
• Change limits per user and limits per account
• Set up authorization rules for accounts (i.e. who can sign what transaction)
• Set up possibility to change imported batches

Administrator can perform these changes individually, with the confirmation via electronic signature. If required, there can be more administrators within the contract – optionally also four eyes principle can be used (two admins have to confirm change together).

Business Connector

• Automated transfer of data (payment batches) from your ERP to the bank
• Payment batches can be signed within ERP, following the CAdES standard (by the same users that would sign them within service), in that case they will be processed
• Or you can transfer data without signature – in that case we will save them to the waiting room for later review and signing online
• Automated download of data – statements and advices – for further processing within your company, just set the target directory within your network or PC

• Confirm financial market deals in case ex-post confirmation is required

FX trading is available to those who have concluded Framework agreement on financial markets with ČSOB – this agreement sets the persons entitled to conclude individual deals or to confirm such.
