Extended statutory warranty
Sometimes your appliance or equipment stops working just a few months after the standard 24-month warranty period. When a TV set goes wrong two and a half years after purchase, you are usually out of luck. With our credit card, however, the warranty is extended free for an additional 12 months. Repairs of a broken television will be reimbursed for up to 3 years after purchase. Just buy it with a CSOB Credit Card.
The extended warranty covers for example TVs, DVD players, iPods, washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators and many other products. The guarantee on these goods will be automatically extended for 12 months free of charge.

And what if you buy a new TV and you drop it and it breaks when putting it into your car? Normally you will be angry and disgusted with yourself - these things always happen when you least expect it.
With our credit card you don’t have to worry. Goods purchased through it will be insured against damage free for 180 days after purchase. The cost of repairing a damaged TV will be reimbursed or the purchase price will be returned if it is beyond repair or stolen.
The insurance applies to goods purchased by credit card; if a problem occurs we will pay up to CZK 50,000! All you have to do is to call the CSOB Pojistovna toll-free line 800 100 777 for advice on what to do.
