CSOB Travel Insurance

The insurance covers medical expenses abroad and is intended for adults and children, citizens of the Czech Republic, when travelling abroad, and for foreign nationals when travelling to countries of which they are not citizens.

possibility of arranging additional insurance - injury, luggage, liability for damages,
option of insuring a trip even in the case of undertaking selected dangerous types of sports and activities (such as scuba diving, rafting, paragliding, mountain climbing and hiking in difficult terrain, etc),
the area of "Europe" includes the following frequented countries and regions: The Canary islands, Turkey, Tunisia, Israel, Egypt, Morocco,

Get Acquainted

Insurance for medical expenses includes:

medical examination,
dental examination for relieving acute pain up to a limit of 5000 CZK (Europe), or 7500 CZK (rest of the world, including USA, Canada, and Australia),
hospital stays,
medicines prescribed by a physician that relate to an insured event,
transportation to the nearest health facility,
repatriation:
- costs for transporting the insuree, should health reasons prevent them from using their originally planned means of transportation,
- costs for transporting the remains of the insuree to the place of their permanent residence in the event of their death.

Terms of Use

The insurance may be arranged by any citizen of the Czech Republic. Nationals of other countries may only insure trips to countries of which they are not citizens.
