What are our values?

We want to continue to make changes for the better and provide our clients with the maximum level of comfort. We can only do this with people who have the will to implement these changes with us and to identify with the values that CSOB avows. And what are those values? They can be succinctly summarised in the following points.

 


The customer is always in first place

The work that we all do begins and ends with providing banking and insurance services to clients. We strive for professionalism, a business mentality, and high-quality provision of services not only to external but also to internal customers. Among other things, this means having the ability to understand their requirements and being able to communicate them correctly.


Managing CSOB and acting like an owner

In our day-to-day work-lives we are always looking for opportunities to increase the effectiveness of our work and find suitable opportunities for business growth. We put emphasis on decisiveness, taking reasonable risk, and being able to take personal responsibility. On the other hand we acknowledge the principal that everyone has the right to make mistakes, provided they learn from them so that they can avoid them the next time around.


Pushing boundaries and overcoming limitations

We set high goals and we aim to fulfil them, we make an effort to actively look for creative solutions and to support innovation. We do not want to hide behind formal regulations - we make an effort to change them if they prove to be a hindrance to positive development. We want to be able to adapt to change well and to be able to withstand difficult situations.


Attracting, inspiring, and developing people

People are one of the highest priorities in CSOB. We want to attract highly qualified employees and offer them one-of-a-kind opportunities for their development through delegating authority and responsibility within the scope of entrusted tasks. We invest in the development of our workers' skills and motivation, and with that we try to support their high-performance.


Trustworthiness

We want each of us to be able to win confidence through honest and upright behaviour. This is so that we can work together to create a friendly environment, exchange needed information on time, and not be afraid to express our opinions constructively.
