The Corporate Banking Bachelor Programme

If you answered ‘yes’ to these questions, we can offer you an interesting development programme: the Corporate Banking Bachelor (‘CBB’).
The goal of the CBB programme is to provide selected participants with above-standard individual development in soft skills, specialised training, and banking English, thereby preparing them to work in the Corporate and Institutional Banking segment at ČSOB.
Who is the programme for?
The Corporate Banking Bachelor (CBB) is a prestigious development programme purpose-created for talented students and graduates (no more than 2 years after completing their studies) who are interested in developing business opportunities.

What awaits you in the programme?
The variable duration of the Corporate Banking Bachelor programme, of 1–4 years, allows the participant to become involved in the programme at any time of the year, based on his experience and work position.
After entering the programme, the participant is placed in a specific position and is assigned a mentor for easier integration into practice. His theoretical knowledge is developed through presentations, training, and specialised banking seminars from banking and finance, and in lessons of banking English. The participant also learns the basics of management, communication, and presentation skills. During the programme, he is involved in selected projects which are under way at the bank, and develops contacts.
The Corporate Banking Bachelor programme is completed with the defence of a project on a specialised theme, written in English.

How does the selection procedure work?
The selection procedure consists of 3 rounds:
- Pre-selection of candidates based on their curricula vitae.
- A selection interview and an interview in English with a representative of the Human Resource Management Division, which includes an English written text, a psychological test, and a case study.
- An interview with the relevant corporate segment manager.
