Contribution towards Supplementary Pension Insurance
We contribute a significant amount for employees who have concluded contracts for supplementary pension insurance with the CSOB Progress Pension Fund or the CSOB Stability Pension Fund (CSOB subsidiaries).
Contribution towards Life Insurance
We also provide considerable contributions to all employees who have concluded contracts for life insurance with CSOB Pojišťovna.
Special Conditions for Select Products from CSOB and Certain Subsidiaries
When they meet the conditions for receiving a given bank products, employees have the opportunity to take advantage of special terms of use in the form of special interest rates or other adjusted terms for the provision of these products.
Dining Benefits
Employees can take advantage of catering facilities operated in CSOB venues in several locations (such as the centres of Prague, Ostrava, and Plzeň) as well as various values of meal tickets. CSOB offers employees considerable contributions towards these costs.
Social and Sporting Activities for Employees
We hold social and sporting events for our employees (bank-wide sporting events, Christmas get-togethers, etc). We also support events for social-sports teams (between branches and divisions of the bank).
Cafeteria System
Each employee has the opportunity to use coupons to take advantage of a considerably higher limit of funds that allow them to pay for their individual activities in education, sport, recreation, culture, and healthcare to the extent given in regulations.
Healthcare Programme
Naturally, preventative health care is available for employees in CSOB. Company preventative health care as described by law (including workplace checkups) works on a contractual basis. Within the scope of additional health care, the healthcare programme also focuses for example on optical care, and particularly on preventing stress and other social ailments among select groups of employees.
Extra Week of Leave
The Collective Agreement guarantees employees one week of regular leave beyond the limit set by the Labour Code.
Additional Paid Leave
Under certain circumstances, the Collective Agreement also allows employees to take additional paid leave beyond the limits set by the Labour Code - for example two days during the calendar year for medical reasons with no need for substantiation.
