CSOB adopted corporate governance rules which are based on the OECD principles. As a part of risk management system, these rules secure a balance or powers and responsibilities between management and the shareholder. Thus management receives better feedback from the shareholder, which makes it easier to achieve the goals set by shareholder. Adopting these rules is fully in line with CSOB’s corporate values.
The sole shareholder of CSOB is KBC Bank NV, ID number 90029371, registered office: Havenlaan 2, 1080 Brussels (Sint-Jans Molenbeek), Belgium.
CSOB’s Board of Directors functions as the Bank’s statutory and supreme executive body and has seven members.
CSOB’s Top Management reports directly to the Board of Directors. It consists of the Chief Executive Officer and six Senior Executive Officers.
CSOB’s Supervisory Board has nine members and oversees the performance of the Board of Directors.
