Money Market Funds are invested in highly secure, short-term financial instruments so that the average period of maturity of all the purchased securities in the fund's portfolio is shorter than one year:

short-term debentures,
short-term treasury bills,
time deposits where it is possible to achieve advantageous investment conditions thanks to the large volume of investments.

Just as in the other funds, the value of the investment and the income from it can fluctuate over time, and so the return of the original investment is not guaranteed.
