Pre Mortgage Loan
A special-purpose loan intended for citizens of the Czech Republic and the European Union, or persons with permanent residence in the Czech Republic who are older than 18 years of age for the purchase of an immovable into personal ownership where the method of acquisition does not meet the conditions for setting a right of lien to the immovable. The credit will then be pre-financed from CSOB Mortgage. It can also be combined with the CSOB 2 in 1 Mortgage.
Mortgage for Cooperative Housing
The mortgage for investing in a flat in cooperative ownership is intended for citizens of the Czech Republic and the European Union, or persons with permanent residence in the Czech Republic who are older than 18 years of age.
