CSOB American Mortgage

The American mortgage is a non-purpose loan. Funds acquired can truly be used for anything, for example for housing, an investment in a foreign immovable, purchasing and automobiles, refinancing previously provided loans, were getting a business going. The credit is secured with a right of lien to real estate in the Czech Republic. It is intended for citizens of the Czech Republic and the European Union, or persons with permanent residence in the Czech Republic were older than 18 years of age.

Benefits

We do not check to see how you are using the acquired money. When setting up the mortgage, we will also guarantee an interest rate for 30 days. Thus, you will have time to set up everything you need with the certainty will stay the same, even if the rates on the market increase in the meantime.

Other merits include:

service at a single location - consultation, insurance, and real estate valuation (including the option of express valuation of residential units using a "price map" at a CSOB branch),
you pay a fee for processing the application only in the event of the mortgage being provided,
express handling of applications with no fee,
extra payments or premature repayment of the mortgage is possible at any time with no contractual fine,
option of a discount from the interest rate of up to 0.25%,
30 day guarantee of interest rate with fixation (validity) of the interest rate for 1, 3, or 5 years,
more advantageous interest rates than with consumer loans,
mortgage repayment within three to 20 years,
when the loan is drawn on for construction or reconstruction of real estate, we can credit funds from the loan directly to your account. You prove the use of the funds to the bank only afterwards.

When arranging a mortgage directly in the branch:

We will arrange mortgage repayment insurance (which covers the risk of death, permanent disability resulting from an injury, inability to work and loss of employment).
Moreover, you can also conclude real estate insurance or household insurance.

Get Acquainted

Security - right of lien to a certified or incomplete immovable (the state of incompletion must be at least 90 %), intended for residential purposes (residential unit, house, or residential building) to the credit of CSOB. The pledged immovable owned by the applicant must be in the Czech Republic and must be insured against natural disasters and other risks.
Amount - the minimum limit is 200 000 CZK, the minimum limit is 5 milion CZK (up to 70 % of the security value of the immovable as established by CSOB) the amount of the investment, and the client´s ability to repay the loan.
Use- one-time transfer of finances to your account or an account you specify.
Repayment - you will pay the same amount of annuity throughout the term of validity of the interest rate, which includes the principal and interest.
Duration - the credit is payable within 3 to 20 years,
Interest rate- six for a period of 1, 3, or five years, depends only on your selection.

Terms of Use:

you can get this loan if you are older than 18 years of age or if you are not older than 70 years of age as of the day of final repayment,
you must have income from gainful activity or business enterprise, or other income recognised by the bank,
married couples, parents and children, relatives, partners, and persons in the relationship other than kinship can request the loan together, however they may be no more than four applicants from two households.
