Automatic voice services with an automatic menu.

Optional components include:

CSOB Mobil 24 – manage your account through an easy menu on the display of your mobile phone,
CSOB Internetbanking 24 – account management via any PC connected to the Internet, with no need for any application to be installed
CSOB Info 24 with automatic sending of information.

The security system consists of two parts:

unequivocal identification when entering the system, whereby you must give your identification number,
authentication, during which you must state certain characters from the security elements. Successful authentication makes it impossible for an unauthorised person to misuse the services.

Terms of Use

You can set up the service if you have any kind of current account or at least authorisation rights to a current account set up for you by its owner.

The individual forms of communication require:

A telephone or mobile telephone for communicating with a Client Centre adviser,
A telephone with tone dialling or a mobile telephone for communicating with the automated voice services system,
A mobile telephone using any service provider for the use of SMS Standard.
