A service intended for citizens, entrepreneurs, and companies to receive information by SMS message or e-mail.

an overview of all movements on the account thanks to up-to-date information,
comfortable and saves a considerable amount of time - you do not have to go to the branch or find out information over electronic distribution channels,
simplicity - easy operation that adapts to your needs.

Get Acquainted

The service allows you to get information on the following items via standard or encrypted SMS or e-mail messages:

current account balance (for a predefined time and day),
a certain balance having been reached on the account,
the settlement of payments made through the domestic system of payments,
the settlement of payments made through the foreign system of payments,
submission of a payment order,
withdrawal/deposit of cash at the branch,
non-execution of a payment order due to insufficient finances on the account,
Highlight a payment order from the card catalogue,
authorisation for payment card transactions (both in ATM machines and in shops),
remaining payment card limits,
termination of payment card validity,
termination of the day of the electronic signatures certificate.

In addition to that, we also offer you the possibility of sending the following (only to e-mail addresses):

electronic account statements,
CSOB exchange rate list,
CNB exchange rate list.

You can only use an encrypted SMS if you have the CSOB Mobil 24 service set up. SMS messages on transactions made with payment cards are only sent if authorisation for these transactions has been made in the CSOB authorisation systems.

Terms of Use

Try the service if:

you have any kind of current account with us, or at least authorisation rights to a current account at CSOB set up for you by its owner,
you are a CSOB info 24 service user,
you are a CSOB BusinessBanking 24 service user,
you have an issued CSOB payment card.

The service can be set up:

at a CSOB Branch,
at a Client Centre (provided the client has set up CSOB Linka 24 service),
through theCSOB Internetbanking 24 service (provided the client has set up the CSOB Linka 24 service),
through the CSOB BusinessBanking 24 service (provided the client has set up the CSOB BusinessBanking 24 service).

Clients who do not have the CSOB Electronic Banking service set up (CSOB Linka 24/CSOB Internetbanking 24) or the CSOB BusinessBanking 24 service can only get information on their payment cards.
