MasterCard Standard

An international embossed payment card intended for account owners and other persons designated by them. You may use the card to withdraw cash from ATM machines, to pay for goods/services and to deposit cash to a CSOB account.

Benefits

the card can be used at home and abroad,
when paying by card abroad you can get a more advantageous exchange rate and you pay no fees,
you can also use the card to deposit cash to a CSOB account through the deposit ATM network
greater flexibility for withdrawing funds with a weekly limit,
compared to electronic payment cards (such as Maestro) you can take advantage of more places of business for payments for goods or services,
non-stop customer service in the event of the loss or theft of a card,
people designated by account holders may also receive a card, and they do not have to have rights of use to the account,
the number of people to whom the card may be offered is not limited on one account.

Get Acquainted

A debit embossed payment card issued for accounts in CZK and in foreign currencies, which can be used in places where the MasterCard logo is shown.

The card can be used:

for shop payments,
for the withdrawal of cash from ATM machines or at bank and foreign exchange office cash desks,
for making payments over the Internet.

Security against abuse of the card (payments made the charts with electronic terminals or manual scanners, cash withdrawals) is ensured through the use of a PIN or signature verification.

Insurance may be arranged for the card:

medical expenses on trips abroad with the Standard, Standard Family, Exclusive, Exclusive Family, Gold or Gold Family options;
against payment card abuse for the protection of your finances in the case of the loss or theft of the card.

Terms of Use

The standard limit on the card is 15 000 CZK, and this can be changed either at a branch or through the call centre;
when issuing multiple cards for one account the demands on the average balance are added together;
the card will be automatically renewed upon expiry.
