Details of CSOB Exclusive Account services

  • a CZK-denominated current account with monthly account statements by post or electronically, which will help with your payments made by single and standing orders for payment/collection and SIPO payments,
  • international VISA Gold payment card for the account holder insured against loss and theft (Extra variant with insurance cover of CZK 200,000),
  • international VISA Classic payment card for an authorised person,
  • permitted account overdraft (current interest rate),
  • CSOB Credit card (you can have the Gold variant if you do not have it already as a debit card) with a continuous interest-free period (if the conditions are met) with the possibility of buying insurance and other services at an advantageous price (current interest rate),
  • CSOB Electronic banking to use the account from a PC, mobile or fixed phone:
    • CSOB Line 24 – both fixed and mobile phone,
    • CSOB Mobil 24 – transparent menu displayed on the mobile phone (you can get the service to CSOB Line 24),
    • CSOB InternetBanking 24 – any PC connected to the Internet without having to install any application,
    • CSOB Info 24 – free delivery of an unlimited number of e-mail messages, 10 SMS on movements on the account and 10 SMS messages confirming card operations,
  • all domestic outgoing payments (through CSOB InternetBanking 24 or CSOB Mobil 24),
  • all domestic incoming payments,
  • 5 collections (incl. SIPO),
  • all withdrawals from CSOB ATMs in the Czech Republic (made with all the debit cards issued for the account),
  • GOLD travel insurance with the Gold payment or credit card,
  • current FX account (in EUR, USD or GBP) to use FX funds quickly and efficiently,
  • savings account to increase the value of available money (free electronic transfers between a current account and savings account).
