CashBack

Cash withdrawal using payment cards at cash desks at points of sales equipped with electronic payment terminals.

CashBack is a domestic service for holders of payment cards, the issuing bank of which has been active on the Czech market and has been fully certified to provide this service. This is a supplementary service, which is very beneficial for both holders of payment cards and merchants/e-shops.

Terms for providing and using the service

For holders of VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro payment cards.
Using a payment card to pay for a purchase of at least CZK 300.
Cash withdrawal up to a maximum of CZK 1,500 – a client can withdraw cash from CZK 100 to CZK 1,500 (the amount must be divisible by 100).

Other information

The merchant pays no commission from the CashBack amount (he only pays commission from the sales transaction amount),
The service is arranged completely FREE OF CHARGE for a merchant/shop,
We will provide the merchant/shop with free of charge stickers to identify points of sale,
The CashBack service cannot be combined with the Multicurrency service,
It is a non-guaranteed service – in exceptional cases the merchant is entitled not to provide the service, i.e. if the cash desk with the payment terminal lacks the cash.

What to do if you are interested in the CashBack service.

Contact us via e-mail at the address akceptacekaret@csob.cz, or contact your sales representative in the Payment Card Acceptance unit.
Consequently you will be contacted about concluding the contractual documentation (or an appendix to the existing contract on accepting payment cards) and then the payment terminal will be installed (or the application remotely adjusted).
