Internet acceptance of payment cards is intended for Internet merchants (legal entities and natural persons - entrepreneurs) who are registered in the Czech Republic and require maximum security for transactions.

Get Acquainted

Internet acceptance of payment cards is based on a 3-D Secure solution, where verification (authentication) of the cardholder takes place during the course of the transaction. The solution gives both the merchant and the customer the same high degree of safety that can be expected when paying with a card in a normal shop.

VISA (“Verified by VISA”)
MasterCard (“MasterCard Secure Code”).

Terms of Use

Setting up an entrepreneurial account with CSOB in CZK,
conclusion of a contract for the acceptance of MasterCard and VISA payment cards over the Internet,
conclusion of a contract for handling electronic payments over the Internet with the company Global Payments Europe,
implementation of an SSL protocol with a minimum 128-bit SSL communication between the browser of the cardholder and the server of the merchant,
Internet shop extended to include communication with the CSOB payment gateway (i.e. on-line sending of requests for the generation of orders, subsequent processing of the results sent, and authorisation for payments).

Fees for billing card transactions are arranged individually.
