You can choose to arrange insurance for all payment cards issued by ČSOB, and for each individual card.
It is best to arrange the insurance at the same time you submit your card application. This means that the insurance takes effect upon receipt of the payment card.
Insurance can also be arranged at a later date for all issued cards. In this case the insurance takes effect the day after submission of the insurance application (from midnight).
The cardholder pays the appropriate fee for annual insurance coverage. All fees are paid by debiting the relevant account.
Applications for insurance should always be submitted at the ČSOB branch which maintains the account to which the payment card is issued.
