Compensation for damages
 
  • When you assert your civil right to compensation for damages (for example compensation for injuries, loss of earnings) after having been involved in a traffic accident for which you were not responsible.
Misdemeanours
 
  • When you need a defender for processes involving a misdemeanour held because of the suspicion of a misdemeanour having been committed by negligence (for example causing an accident) while driving a motor vehicle.
Criminal law
 
  • When you need a defender for criminal processes held because of the suspicion of a criminal act having been committed by negligence (for example detriment to health, common danger) while driving a motor vehicle.
Driver's licence

  • When a drivers licence is withheld or authorisation to drive is revoked.
Insurance law

  • Where other insurers violate the insurance agreement, which may involve delays in handling the insured event, unjustified decrease in the indemnity or rejection of rights to indemnity (for example life insurance, accident insurance - after an injury suffered while driving a motor vehicle).
