ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY

We will assume responsibility for unauthorised transactions immediately once the loss of card is reported by telephone, with the exception of transactions for which the time of the transaction cannot be determined from the bill, or from unauthorised systems. For this type of transaction, the responsibility of the account holder terminates at midnight of the day that we were reported of the event by telephone, at which time we will assume responsibility for these transactions. The time of the report is understood as the time in the Czech Republic.
