A service intended for citizens, entrepreneurs, and companies that allows you to access your account via a personal computer connected to the Internet. In addition to information on the status and movements on the account, it also gives you the option of making select bank transactions.

Get Acquainted
Manage your accounts over a PC connected to the Internet in online mode. The service does not require that you install any applications on your PC, you can access your account from any PC connected to the Internet. When setting up the service you can choose between two kinds of authorisation:
The offer of transactions that can be executed with our service:
- Information on your account (passive transaction):
- account balance,
- history – movements on the account,
- orders awaiting processing.
- Payment transactions (active transactions):
- payment orders,
- mass payment orders,
- transfers between client accounts,
- permanent payment orders,
- your own sample payment orders,
- permission for collection (standard, SIPO, Cesky Telecom):
- collection orders,
- foreign payment orders.
- Mobile service providers - charging credit for prepaid SIM cards of mobile service providers T-Mobile (Twist), O2 (O2 Card) and Vodafone (Vodafone Card) in amounts of 200 to 9999 CZK,
- CSOB Info 24,
- movements on and status of accounts - settings,
- payment card transactions - settings,
- additional information - settings,
- advanced message settings,
- exchange rate list (CSOB, CNB),
- updates.
Your requests will be sent to the bank and the bank will return a response in real-time. All of the information you require:
- will be automatically displayed on your computer screen,
- can be printed or saved,
- you have the option of having yourself sent an e-mail or an SMS message to your mobile telephone.
Terms of Use
Try the service if:
- you have any kind of current account with us, or at least authorisation rights to a current account at CSOB set up for you by its owner,
- you have access to a computer with an Internet connection that meets minimum hardware and software requirements,
- you have a mobile telephone (for authorisation via an SMS Key).
Minimum recommended hardware and software outfit:
- personal computer with an Intel Pentium processor, or with AMD or similar,
- Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003 or Vista operating system,
- 256MB RAM or more (recommended 512 RAM or more),
- a certificate from the ICA certification authority installed in internet browser,
- Internet browser:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or higher (authorisation via electronic signature and SMS Key),
- Mozilla Firefox 1.5, Mozilla Firefox 2.0 (authorisation via electronic signature and SMS Key),
- Opera 8.0 (authorisation via SMS Key),
- 128-bit level of encryption installed in the browser,
- cookies and scripting must be permitted in the browser,
When using electronic signatures:
- a free port for connecting the chip card reader (serial, USB, or PCMCIA – depending on the chip card reader used),
- a chip card reader supporting communication over a PC/SC interface (for example GemPC 410SL, CHIP DRIVE micro 110 – serial port, GemPC 430 – USB port, PCMCIA card for notebooks),
- Your valid certificate for the chip card for logging in and signing orders sent to the bank (issued when setting up the service),
When using an SMS Key:
- Any kind of mobile telephone for the receipt of SMS messages (for receiving non-encrypted messages),
- A mobile telephone supporting SIM Toolkit technology with the CSOB Mobil 24 service activated (for the receipt of encrypted messages).
