The Client Center Adviser

This is a specially trained worker who will hold what is known as a directed interview with you with the aim of satisfying your requirements.

They will provide general information to all who inquire. For access to a specific account or transaction, you will have to go through the identification and authentication procedure.

You may then get to the following information:

account balances,
an itemisation of items carried to account,
payments not made through the domestic system of payments,
CSOB, CNB rates,
Interest rates or bank fees.

You can also make the following operations with the account:

submission of domestic payment orders or collections and foreign payment orders,
set up, change, or cancel permanent payment orders or permission for collection, permission for collection for Cesky Telecom or for the consolidated collection of public payments (SIPO),
charge credit for the prepaid SIM cards of mobile service providers in the amount of 200, or 400 to 9 999 CZK,
transfer between a single client's accounts kept at CSOB in the same currency and in different currencies,
enter notices from a CSOB savings account,
approval for notified collections and their rejections,
changes to payment card limits,
reissue of a PIN for a payment card,
issue of a new payment card with original validity,
issue of a new plastic payment card,
early issue of an automatically renewed payment card,
cancellation of an automatically renewed payment card.
