An optional part of CSOB Linka 24 service are CSOB Mobil 24 service (GSM Banking), CSOB Internetbanking 24 (internet banking) and CSOB Info 24 (service for the automatic provision of information).
The system of a secure CSOB Linka 24 service consists of two parts. Its first part is unambiguous identification of the client in accessing the system on the basis of entering the client’s identification number. After a successful identification, the authentication process follows and its successful completion eliminates the possibility that the service is misused by an unauthorised person.
