Credit for Legal Entities and Entrepreneurs

What are the basic terms and conditions for receiving authorized overdraft on a current account for entrepreneurs?Authorized overdraft on a current account for entrepreneurs is offered to natural persons – entrepreneurs – and legal entities namely to small client companies and natural persons – entrepreneurs – with an annual turnover of up to 10 mil. CZK/SKK (max. 300 mil. CZK/SKK), who:

1. Have their registered offices or place of business in the Czech Republic,
2. Have been operating in their field for at least 2 years,
3. Have had at least one of the kinds of current accounts for entrepreneurial activity at CSOB for at least and have demonstrable turnover on that account,
4. Do not receive any other operational loans from CSOB (account current or revolving),
5. Substantiate their credibility and ability to pay – meet the corresponding rating – evaluation of the stability of the financial situation (A - D),
6. Do not have obligations for payments to a financial (tax) office or social security administration.
