When is a conversion rate used as opposed to an exchange rate?A conversion rate is used for the following transactions: the purchase of an exchange with cash and to the credit of an account, the sale of an exchange for cash and to the debiting of an account, cash conversions, i.e. the exchange of one foreign currency for another foreign currency.

From what amount upwards must I declare the withdrawal of larger sums of finances?Each CSOB branch can set a limit for immediate withdrawals of cash depending on local conditions, and must publish the fact in its public spaces. If the withdrawal exceeds the limit set by the CSOB branch, the client must submit a completed “Declaration of Withdrawal” (the form on these pages is in Czech) form to the CSOB branch that manages the account, as well as completed cash breakdown lists of the required banknotes and coins.
Is there any limit of the ATM deposit?
You can deposit as much as CZK 350,000 per deposit and a maximum of 200 - 300 banknotes (see the list of deposit ATMs, the ATM screen will also notify you).
What types of account can I deposit cash on via ATM?
You can deposit cash on the account to which the card you are using belongs, but also other accounts at ČSOB / Poštovní spořitelna. You can also deposit the monthly installment of your credit card.
How do I insert the banknotes into the deposit ATM?
Insert all the banknotes into the ATM at once (not one by one) – as will be shown to you on the monitor of the ATM. The banknotes of various nominals may be mixed, you do not need to sort them. The banknotes must be inserted without any envelope, case, rubber band or clip.
Does the deposit ATM provide receipts?
Yes, you get a receipt after each deposit.
Can I insert coins or foreign currency?
Unfortunately not, the deposit ATMs do not receive any coins or foreign currency.
