Ceskoslovenska obchodni banka, a. s. (“CSOB“) is on the list of entities which are subject to the regulator’s supervision, the Czech National Bank (“CNB“), registered office at Na Prikope 28, 115 03 Prague 1.
When executing payments CSOB adheres to Law No. 284/2009 Coll., Payment System Act and Decree of the CNB No. 62/2004 Coll., stipulating the manner of execution of payments between banks and settlement on accounts at banks, and the technical procedures to be used by banks for corrective settlement.
CSOB is registered in the “Code of Participants in Payments in the Czech Republic” (“Ciselnik ucastniku platebniho styku v Ceske republice (CPS)“ 
) as a direct participant in the local system of interbank payments in CZK in the Czech Republic CERTIS (Czech Express Real Time Interbank Gross Settlement system). In the clearing centre of the Czech National Bank CERTIS CSOB is identified under code 0300.
