CSOB is one of the largest makers on the Czech money and foreign exchange market. The Customer Desk, which works through CSOB dealing, offers his clients trading in foreign currencies and a wide range of special and custom-made instruments for investigating the exchange rate, interest rate, or commodities risks that entities in open market economies face.
 

An independent team of CSOB analysts, in cooperation with KBC Bank and CSOB sister banks in Poland and Hungary provides clients with a wide range of regularly published analyses of the money and foreign exchange market, as well as macroeconomic analyses focusing on the markets of Central and Eastern Europe.

The Primary Issuing Team provides comprehensive services relating to financing clients on the capital market by issuing securities. At the same time, it offers administration services, which include paying out yields from revenues and other securities yields, such as the payment of considerations, commensurate settlement, shares in liquidation surpluses, and more.


Who are Customer Desk services intended for?

Customer Desk offers its services to non-bank clients:

  • who need to convert freely exchangeable currency to CZK and vice versa, or convert freely exchangeable currencies for special rates,
  • who face exchange risk and want to hedge against it or want to be informed on developments on the foreign exchange markets,
  • with temporary excess liquidity, or a temporary surplus of liquidity in a certain currency and a temporary shortage in another currency,
  • who want to profit from fluctuations on the point exchange markets,
  • who want to hedge against future fluctuations in interest rates,
  • who want to hedge against future fluctuations in prices of raw materials.

Who are Primary Issues services intended for?

Primary Issues offer their services to non-bank and institutional clients:

  • who want to take advantage of the capital market to acquire short-term, medium-term, and long-term resources,
  • who need a ready and flexible source of finances to make the management of their cash flow easier,
  • who are looking for an alternative to the classic method of credit financing, and who want to diversify their resources,
  • who want to establish themselves on the regulated capital market and strengthen their company's reputation,
  • who are interested in payment agent services for the issue of their securities and the payment of dividends,
  • Who are obliged to pay performance arising from the law within the scope of the transformation or dissolution of a company.
