Payment of Revenues

This service is intended for companies, financial institutions, municipalities, and other institutions that need to provide for mass payment of any performance. It includes both handling the payment of yields from securities (debentures, shares, investment certificates), as well as handling other kinds of payments (such as payments from various funds).

A comprehensive service and optimal conditions (for payment). Minimum demands on the client - after transferring a list of paid persons, transfer of the finances intended for the payment and conveyance of the basic parameters (of payment), we handle the rest. The payment is made by a team of workers with a wealth of experience in special software equipment. Protection of personal data is an absolute.


Other merits include:

  • selection of method of payment depending on the structure of the paid persons,
  • minimising multiple expenses for repeated payment of non-paid and returned adequate settlement when appropriately selecting a combination of means of payment,
  • continuous information on the status of the payments made,
  • option of selecting any links of payment period,
  • possibility of cumulative payment for multiple periods - makes it possible to considerably decreased the costs for making payments per person paid .

Within the scope of the comprehensive services, among other things, we will provide you with:

  • consultation for the preparation of payment,
  • consultation for communicating with the securities registry in the event of registered securities,
  • collection of certificated shares,
  • informing paid persons of payment in the manner that the client selects,
  • inspection of the list of paid persons and determination of information necessary for the smooth course of payment (resolving problematic pledges, administration of securities, etc),
  • calculation of sums due individual authorised persons,
  • taxation in accordance with valid tax laws and contracts for the restriction of dual taxation,
  • preparation of an overview and documents as required by the client,
  • repeated payment (resolution of inheritance problems, changes of address, name changes, etc),
  • archiving and treading all documents and groundwork for the relevant payments,
  • other accompanying services.
Methods of affecting payment:
 
  • Czech Republic:
    • By money order or postal money order in the Czech Republic - possibility of collection at any Post Office (around 3400 payment locations),
    • Cashless transfer,
    • In cash at select CSOB branches.
  • Slovak Republic:
    • Through a contractual partner (bank) in the Slovak Republic of - payment in cash at branches of the contracting bank or via cashless transfer,
    • By money order in the Slovak Republic - possibility of collection at any post office in Slovakia,
    • Cashless transfer (payments and from the Czech Republic via CSOB).
  • Other countries:
    • Cashless transfer.
