Payments to Mobile Operators via CSOB ATM Machines

A service intended for citizens, businessmen, and companies for quick comfortable charging the prepaid cards of the mobile service providers (Twist, O2 Card and Vodafone Card) and for making other payments (Vodafone) through CSOB ATM machines.



Benefits

To make a payment you do not need cash, but only your payment card. This increases the security of the transaction.


Other merits include:


  • saving time - direct charging with no need to make a telephone call or purchase a coupon,
  • the transaction is confirmed free of charge by SMS,
  • telephone can be charged by another person (by entering your telephone number),
  • other kinds of payments possible (Vodafone).

  • you do not need to buy a charge coupon,
  • you do not have to take payments to the bank or post office.

All of these payments can be made easily at CSOB ATM Machines:


  • labelled with the logo of the relevant service provider,

  • non-stop operation 24 hours a day.

The most frequently used service is charging prepaid cards, which is done as follows:


  • enter the payment card,
  • enter the PIN code,
  • select an amount for charging the prepaid card,
  • transaction confirmed and confirmation printed,
  • card is immediately charged once the transaction is made,
  • information on the transaction is received by SMS (during the recharging you can choose another number that the confirmation SMS will be sent to).  

If you need a tax document, one can be issued upon request at any brand-name shop of the service provider in question based on the confirmation.

 

In addition to charging cards, Vodafone also offers its customers the option of making all payments between the customer and the service provider via ATM machines 24 hours a day, even for tariffs with regressive payment.


ATM machines allow the following services:


  • payment of invoices for monthly settlement of calls,
  • pre-payments,
  • increasing the call deposit for users of tariff programs,
  • roaming activation,
  • payment of a deposit for calling to/from other countries.

You may use the service if you have a payment card issued by any bank.
