CashBack

Do you withdraw cash from ATMs? You needn’t do this any longer. With the CashBack service, you can withdraw cash directly at the cash-desks of the stores where you shop. All you need to do is ask for cash while paying for your shopping by payment card.

So far, you have only been able to use the CashBack service at the cash-desks of the Albert and Hypernova stores. Now you can use it at any outlet in the Czech Republic that offers the service (displays the CashBack logo).

Benefits

No need to use an ATM. At a single location, you can pay for your shopping as well as conveniently withdraw your cash.

If you make a purchase for at least CZK 300, you can ask to withdraw cash of up to CZK 1,500 at a cash-desk of an outlet that displays the CashBack logo (the lower threshold of the amount is not limited, but it needs to be in whole hundreds of crowns).
You have more options of acquiring cash – In addition to our 550 ATMs, you can withdraw smaller amounts at the cash-desks. For example in the Albert Hypermarket, Spar, COOP and Globus stores, and of the Cepro Euro Oil petrol stations.
You will save in cash withdrawals – the service is free for all CSOB debit and credit cards.

How does the service work?

To withdraw cash, you can use embossed or electronic cards, VISA or MasterCard, or credit or debit cards.
Before you pay for your shopping, you will tell the cashier how much cash you wish to withdraw.
You will receive your cash along with receipts from the cash-desk and the card terminal (these will specify the amount of the withdrawal, the amount of the shopping, and the sum of those amounts).
