This account is intended as an additional product for lawyers, which gives them an overview of the separate management of their own main business account and the accounts where they deposit finances being kept in trust for their clients.

You can set up additional client accounts for your main account, with accounts for citizens and account for legal entities or entrepreneurs separately.

Among other merits are:

select between an account with no fees and no interest and an account with interest,
you can have your accounts generate interest at a contractual or announced rate. The current interest rate can be found in the Interest Rates Announcement,
an overview of all movements on the account via e-mail or SMS messages,
deposits and withdrawals for lawyers’ clients at all CSOB branches,
possibility of depositing funds in crowns and in select currencies.

The standard offer includes:

a current account in CZK or intellect foreign currencies,
operation of payments on the custody accounts through the main business account,
CSOB Electronic Bankingfor managing your account via a personal computer or by phone:
- CSOB Linka 24– manage your account over a telephone or mobile phone,
- CSOB Mobil 24– manage your account through an easy menu on the display of your mobile phone,
- CSOB Internetbanking 24– manage your account on any PC connected to the Internet with no need to install any application. Secure access to your account is insured by aged card or SMS Key,
- alternatively, CSOB BusinessBanking 24 - account management via any PC connected to the internet. The service consists of two applications – and Internet one (on-line mode) and a program installed on the client's PC (off-line mode), with annual renewal of the security certificate.

Terms of Use

The account may be opened by a lawyer or someone with a law office, a person undertaking business on the basis of authorisation to carry out the activities of a lawyer (listed in the register of the Cheque Buyer Council). To open the account, it is necessary to set up a CSOB Podnikatelské Konto, CSOB Firm Account or CSOB Commercial Account.

To open the account you need only submit the following documents:

certification from the Czech Bar Chamber for authorisation to carry out the activities of lawyer,
proof of authorisation to carry out the activities of lawyer with an up-to-date abstract from the register of the Bar Council with a date no older than three months.
