The account is intended for medium-sized businesses and employers with registered office or place of business in the Czech Republic. It ensures the day-to-day operation of businesses with more frequent payments, which also require a wider offer of services. Its benefits also cover operational financing and speedy international payments.

You may make up to 150 electronic domestic payment transactions per month free of charge (including standing payment orders). Other benefits are:

a set of 3 payment cards free of charge (over the whole period of holding the account),

an overview of all movements on the account via e-mail or SMS messages,

As a standard, the account offers:

CZK-denominated current account through which you may make payments by way of single and standing orders for payment/collection and SIPO payments,
electronic account statements with monthly or weekly frequency or after any transaction on the account (according to the client’s choice); sending account statements by post for an extra fee added to the basic price of the account,
payment cards offered to holders of the account:
- international embossed VISA Business card with travel insurance abroad – variant Exclusive, and legal protection insurance for drivers - D. A. S. (insurer: Pojistovna pravni ochrany a.s.), with additional insurance against loss and theft in variant Classic (insurance limit CZK 50,000) in the price of the account,
- 2 electronic chip cards VISA Electron,
consultations, verification of documents and assessment of application for the provision of permitted account overdraft,
CSOB Electronic banking to operate the account through a personal computer, mobile phone, or a traditional phone:
- CSOB Linka 24 – operation of the account through a traditional or mobile phone,
- CSOB Mobil 24 – operation of the account through an easy-to-operate menu on the display of your mobile phone,
- CSOB Internetbanking 24 – operation of the account from any PC connected to the Internet without having to install any applications (secure access is secured through a chip card or an SMS key),
- CSOB BusinessBanking 24 Online - operation of the account from a PC connected to the Internet without having to install any applications,
- Variant: CSOB BusinessBanking 24 - for an advantaged extra fee (with annual renewal of the security certificate) - operation of the account from any PC connected to the Internet. The service contains two applications – Internet-based application (on-line regime) and a programme installed in the client’s PC (off-line regime); establishment of the service is free of charge,
- CSOB Info 24 – free of charge, unlimited number of e-mail messages on all transactions on the account and on payments made with the payment card, 20 SMS messages on transactions on the account and 20 SMS messages on operations with the payment card,
- issue of a commercial or qualified certificate for CSOB Electronic banking and its standard annual renewal.

Terms of Use

The account may be opened by legal entities and entrepreneurs with their registered office or place of business in the Czech Republic (residents). A minimum initial deposit is necessary to open the account.

When the account is opened, it is sufficient to submit:

legal entities - extract from the Commercial Register + Citizen's ID card,
natural persons (entrepreneurs) – trade licence, licence deed, or a request for allocation of Company ID No. (ICO) + Citizen's ID card.

We will open your current account and CSOB Electronic Banking immediately. We generally issue payment cards within seven working days of your requesting one (or within three working days for an express fee). The exact amount of the Authorised Overdraft depends on the assessment of your financial situation.
