Authorised Overdraft for Municipalities

This loan is intended for cities and communities to cover temporary shortages of funds.


Bank Overdraft

This loan is intended for entrepreneurs and businesses to cover temporary shortages of funds. You can use the overdraft in crowns or in select foreign currencies. ČSOB does not check the purpose of the withdrawn funds.


Special Purpose Loan for Clients in a Municipal Sphere

A loan intended for communities, cities, associations of communities, regional authorities, and allowance organisations, the founder of which is a region, city, or community. This can be used to finance short-term and long-term investment projects and development of programs. You can also use it to pre-finance grants and co-finance projects supported by funds from the EU, the state, or other institutions.


Mortgage Loan for Legal Entities and Natural Persons (Entrepreneurs)
This loan is intended for entrepreneurs and businesses to finance immovables (structural modifications, purchases, repairs). You can use the loan in Czech crowns or in select foreign currencies.


Special Loans

Programme for Co-financing Projects Supported from EU Funds

After the accession of the Czech Republic to the EU, many entities gained the possibility of drawing subsidies from EU structural funds, presenting an interesting opportunity for development in the 2007 to 2013 period.
