Generally, investors on the Czech market are requested to open a securities account as well as a cash account assigned to securities related transactions.
- Securities account in CSOB’s book, which reflects all assets maintained in the depository books and/or CSOB’s vaults.
- Cash account with CSOB only used for settlement purposes. The securities account in CSOB’s books is linked to the cash account in CSOB’s custody system. All securities accounts of one global custodian are usually linked to one omnibus cash account.
- CDCP Securities account, which reflects all clients assets maintained in Central Securities Depository (CDCP) under the Czech legislation.
