This product is intended for legal entities and natural persons who have certified securities in their portfolio (stocks, debentures, investment certificates, etc). Under this product the bank does provide the payouts of proceeds and related legal steps that are subject to the contract.
The deposition of certified securities is governed by act no. 591/1992 Coll., on securities, as amended.
